What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build, implement, and iterate on processes to support and scale the Sales function to achieve revenue targets
  • Drive product activation during trials by providing an excellent experience to customers
  • Support prospects during trials and proof of concepts (POCs) of the platform
  • Identify prospect pain points and challenges during trials, defining their goals and influencing requirements
  • Assist with customer security assessments, RFPs, and business cases as required
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or technical customer support role at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven ability to deliver product demonstrations and presentations to customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing interactions
  • High degree of technical aptitude and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to give and receive feedback to drive process improvements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering
  • Experience or a keen interest in cybersecurity
