Description
Are you a data expert who finds beauty in a perfectly reconciled spreadsheet and high-fidelity business intelligence? We’re seeking a Data Operations & Quality Lead to own the technical health and integrity of our client data. In this 'builder' role, you are the master of the engine. You will focus entirely on the 'how' by managing the ETL processes, system integrations, and automated workflows that keep our ecosystem running.
While our Solutions Architect designs the models, you own the craft of data operations to ensure every data point is validated, auditable, and 100% accurate. If you’re a technical 'doer' who thrives on building scalable infrastructure for a premier wealth management firm, we’d love to hear from you.
This position is preferably based in Des Moines, IA or Coralville, IA. A hybrid work schedule is available, with a mix of in-office and remote work to support collaboration, flexibility, and business needs.

- Manage the end-to-end ETL process for third‑party financial feeds (e.g., Addepar) to ensure recurring synchronizations are seamless and error‑free.
- Develop and maintain a rigorous "Data Health Scorecard," utilizing SOQL and SQL to run deep‑audit checks on production data.
- Lead the transition from manual checks to automated quality control by writing SQL/SOQL scripts and building scalable auditing frameworks.
- Perform regular reconciliations between vendor source files and Salesforce records to proactively identify and resolve valuation or structural discrepancies.
- Maintain "living" technical documentation that maps how data moves and transforms throughout the organization.
- Act as the lead technical investigator for data mismatches, diagnosing root causes across source files, mapping logic, or API layers.
- Build the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that will allow our data operations to scale as the firm grows.
- Eliminate manual intervention by building automated validation processes using Salesforce Flows, Apex triggers, or external scripting tools like Python, Power Query, or Mule Soft.
- Optimize the use of Salesforce Data Loader and other integration tools to maintain high‑velocity data movement without sacrificing accuracy.
