Client Services - Technical Support Representative

• Provide technical support for developers implementing OPIS API products
• Act as a liaison for partners during installation and implementation of OPIS solutions
• Develop and maintain documentation for support staff, including troubleshooting guides
• Investigate and analyze problems, escalating issues to product management and development
• Notify management and customers of platform or product troubles through a structured process

• At least 3 years of customer service/technical support experience
• Ability to prioritize customer needs and build productive relationships
• Experience supporting web and mobile applications, including troubleshooting browser issues
• Understanding of web services (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML) and relational databases
• High-level understanding of troubleshooting network connectivity issues

• Prior experience with Salesforce and Net Suite
• College degree or relevant experience in a related field
