• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience leading complex software programs in Technical Program Management or similar roles
• 3+ years of experience driving multi-team initiatives across product and platform or infrastructure
• Proficient in program execution and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Technical fluency in modern software systems, including APIs and integration patterns

• Experience translating strategy and OKRs into execution plans
• Familiarity with AI tools to support analysis and decision-making
• Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to use metrics for improving predictability and outcomes
• Excellent communication skills tailored to various audiences, including technical teams and senior leadership
• Passion for using technology to enhance team performance and delivery
