The IT Corporate Finance Reporting team is seeking a highly experienced OFSAA Developer / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support profitability, scale readiness, and regulatory reporting initiatives. This role will provide technical and consultative leadership on complex financial systems and work closely with Finance stakeholders to enhance and maintain the Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) suite. The OFSAA platform serves as the bank’s system of record for financial calculations including profitability, transfer pricing, loan loss reserve, equity, and profit contribution reporting.

The data foundation layer feeds enterprise BI and downstream financial and risk applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in OFSAA 8.x along with deep understanding of banking financial statements and data warehouse architecture.

• Lead configuration, customization, development, and support of OFSAA modules including OFSAAI, OFSALM, OFSFTP, OFSPFT, OFSADIH, and OFSDF.
• Perform OFSAA patching, upgrades, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Design and implement data mapping from Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to OFSAA (T2T development).
• Maintain and enhance OFSAA data foundation layer serving as source of truth for financial reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Finance teams to:
  • Evaluate monthly reporting requirements
  • Implement process improvements
  • Deliver enhancements aligned with business needs
• Support profitability calculations at account level and rollups by product, customer, and organizational hierarchy.
• Ensure compliance with IT SDLC processes and documentation standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and data issues.
• Support data warehouse implementation initiatives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff as needed.

• 3–5+ years hands‑on experience with OFSAA 8.1.0 and 8.1.2
• Strong experience with:
  • OFSAA configuration and customization
  • Performance tuning and patching
• 5+ years of Data Warehouse experience
• 5+ years of application development and implementation experience
• ETL and PL/SQL programming experience
• Strong SQL skills (SQL Developer / Toad)
• Experience with Erwin Data Modeling
• Basic Unix/Linux scripting knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of Financial Services / Banking experience
• Strong understanding of:
