INTL India - Remote ISPM Identity Security Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a remote senior ISPM Identity Security Analyst to join a global consulting firm. This Identity Security Analyst will be responsible for triaging, analyzing, and driving remediation of identity-related risks identified through ISPM tool as part of the Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) program.

This role focuses on identity risk visibility, prioritization, and measurable risk reduction. The analyst will work alongside a peer and partner closely with IAM, Cloud Security, Application Owners, and GRC teams to ensure findings translate into actionable remediation.

Compensation:

$13/hr to $17/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, Identity Governance, or Vulnerability Management
• Hands-on experience with cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with Okta, Entra , Active Directory, or SaaS identity administration
• Ability to review and analyze access paths, entitlements, and privilege relationships surfaced through ISPM tool
• Experience tuning identity governance or visibility tools
• Experience supporting audits, access reviews, or Zero Trust initiatives
• Strong understanding of privileged access models, role-based and entitlement-based access models, human and non-human identity risk
• Ability to analyze complex access relationships and make risk-based decisions
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
