• Extract and manipulate data from various sources using R/SAS/SQL/Python to produce analyses and modeling for business areas
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to provide financial and operational insights
• Create and present actionable financial and operational results to business partners
• Consult with business partners to align on objectives and deliver data-driven solutions
• Lead projects and serve as the main point of contact for data, reporting, and advanced statistical work

• Undergraduate studies in data or business analytics, computer science, management information, business, mathematics, or related field; post-graduate studies preferred
• Six or more years of experience in data extraction, manipulation, visualization analysis, and problem solving with large databases
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand and interpret business processes
• In-depth knowledge of customer service concepts and business policies
• Ability to work under tight time constraints and develop understandable data visualizations

• Professional experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and statistical programming languages
• Previous experience leading projects or teams
• Advanced problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
