The User Experience (UX) Designer is one of Availity’s biggest user advocates, evangelizing a user-centered design process and building user empathy across the company. You’ll be working alongside product teams to identify and design delightful solutions for our users’ problems.

You will create designs that improve the overall usability and usefulness of Availity’s products, based on the goals of the business. You will add context and insight to the development of new applications and features based on research conducted alongside our User Research team. You will have the latitude to independently create deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, storyboards, user journey maps, user flows and stories, and new design system components to meet the requirements of the product teams and the company’s experience vision.
