- Strong analytical skills to define reporting requirements and KPIs
- Experience collaborating with technical teams, including architects and developers
- Previous experience in a business analyst role within marketing or digital solutions
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud best practices and configuration validation
- Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
