• Lead and coordinate the work activities of the project team to ensure successful project implementation
• Utilize project management tools to analyze issues and develop resolutions for assigned projects
• Communicate directly with customers and senior stakeholders, conducting project reviews throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status and overall performance
• Contribute to the fulfillment of project and organizational objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction

• High School diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communication, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Business Operations, or Sales
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Strong understanding of PMBOK project management standards, with knowledge of at least one major project phase
• Proven ability to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives

• PMP certification highly desired
• Familiarity with mobile video technology, including wireless/LTE infrastructure and evidence management software
• Strong presentation and negotiating skills
• Self-motivated team player with effective collaboration skills
• Experience in high-security environments governed by CJIS Security Policy
