The RoleAs a Product Manager on the Veeva Digital Events team, you will own the design and execution for major components of our Digital Events tech stack. Veeva Digital Events has multiple products to support HCPs, logistics team members, pharmaceutical sales reps and integration into CRM. You are excited about business-process innovation to deliver customer success. You are comfortable working with a cross-functional team with engineers, testers, product, and operations team members.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited about product design and thinking strategically about process improvement, architecture for scalability, reliability, privacy, and quality in service delivery.
- Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories, functional & non-functional requirements, feature specifications, quality control checks
- Manage the prioritization and focus on enhancements
- Author high-quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon industry and downstream systems/customer requirements
- Support release and sprint planning to ensure product enhancements support the needs of the customers at the right time and in the right sequence
- Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Project Management, and Product Management to ensure products are built and delivered with quality
- Be accountable for the success of the product
- Acquire deep subject matter expertise in promotional and non-promotional event programing in life sciences
- 2+ years of hands-on product management experience working on web-based workflow
- 2+ years of experience designing web-based UX
- 4+ years of hands-on technical experience in engineering, solution architecture, business analytics, or other related positions in the software space
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including the definition of requirements, engineering, QA, and deployment
- Strong customer empathy and ability to translate problems into product requirements
- Previous experience working with ETL/ELT processes
- Ability to define AI use cases with clear user and business value
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- BA/MA/BSc/MSc in relevant fields
- Location:
Hybrid – New Jersey (2-3 days per week in our Lyndhurst, NJ office)
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry, SaaS, and/or enterprise products
- Understanding of Life Sciences Speaker Bureau
- Experience with Veeva or Vault CRM
- Understanding of prompt design, RAG, fine-tuning and Agentic AI

- Base pay: $75,000 - $165,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
