Licensed Optician

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Licensed Optician to join our growing online vision services platform. This is a fully remote position where you will conduct virtual eye testing through our newly developed digital system and interact with patients in a live, online environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, enjoys structured, repeatable processes, and is confident delivering clear instructions and guidance to patients in a virtual setting.

This position is fully remote; however, candidates must be physically located in New York State.

• Conduct real-time virtual eye testing sessions through our proprietary platform
• Guide patients step-by-step through the testing process
• Accurately record and report test results within the system
• Ensure each session is completed efficiently and professionally
• Maintain compliance with New York State optician standards
• Provide a smooth, reassuring patient experience in a fully digital environment
• Communicate clearly and effectively via video and chat
