What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage customer services contracts and relationships for Command Center Software
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective customer engagement and service delivery
  • Oversee execution of service agreements and manage escalation processes
  • Coordinate technical changes, upgrades, and implementation plans for customers
  • Build trusted relationships and provide expert technical advice to customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Command Center Software and/or Mobile Video Deployment, Engineering, Sales/Presales, or Managed & Support Services
  • Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Proficiency in Agile project management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with software deployment methodologies and quality processes
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices in technology solutions
  • Familiarity with managing complex service matters and technical solutions implementations
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical problems and solutions effectively
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role
