Position Overview
As a Partner & Customer Success Manager, you will work directly with our restaurant users, becoming a product expert on Stream, as well as playing a crucial role in launching, managing and nurturing relationships with our technical partners (i.e. Point of Sale Providers and various Ordering Solutions). You will be responsible for providing go-live coordination & post-launch support, while conducting training sessions and ensuring our partners are fully equipped to utilize the solution.
You will work with our team to help manage and grow the entire European market for Stream. This position offers the opportunity to quickly grow and eventually take on leadership responsibilities. This position will require you to deeply understand the Stream platform along with a general understanding of other major restaurant technology systems.
- Act as a main point of contact for restaurant customers across Europe and other global markets
- Lead onboarding, go-live coordination, and product training for new customers
- Support restaurants in managing their menus, integrations, and ordering channels through Stream
- Create and maintain help center resources and training documentation
- Assist our partner ecosystem (POS, ordering, and delivery platforms) with support and product guidance
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues
- Provide training to partner teams
- Conduct live (virtual or occasional in-person) training sessions
- Maintain up-to-date onboarding and training materials
- Ensure restaurants and partners understand how to use new features and updates
- Respond to support requests and proactively assist customers post-launch
- Collaborate with the product team to share customer feedback
- Help improve internal systems and processes to better support scale and growth
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical onboarding
- Experience working with restaurants or restaurant technology platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills across cultures and time zones
- Ability to understand and explain software tools clearly and effectively
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in a remote work setting
- Fluent English required. Proficiency in German, French or another European language strongly preferred
- Experience supporting international accounts is a bonus
- Background in SaaS, POS systems, or delivery platforms
- Experience creating documentation, playbooks, or training materials
- Familiarity with multi-unit restaurant operations
