JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimizing the performance of Salon Centric's customer engagement strategies, with a specific focus on our innovative gamification initiatives. You will leverage your expertise to forecast promotional effectiveness, segment our audience for targeted engagement, and measure the impact of our strategies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Forecasting & Predictive Analytics:
    Develop and implement robust forecasting models for digital marketing promotional activities, with a particular emphasis on our gamification program. Predict customer engagement, conversion rates, and business impact to inform strategic planning and budget allocation.
  • Audience Segmentation & Targeting:
    Design, retrieve, and maintain audience segmentation strategies from our SQL databases to enable highly personalized and effective customer activation campaigns. Ensure data accuracy and integrity for all audience segments.
  • Measurement & Optimization:
    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop comprehensive measurement frameworks to evaluate the success and ROI of digital promotions and customer engagement initiatives. Analyze results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Data Retrieval & Management:
    Be the primary owner for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources, predominantly SQL databases, to support forecasting, segmentation, and reporting needs. Ensure data cleanliness and reliability.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    Prepare clear, concise, and impactful reports and presentations for various stakeholders, communicating complex analytical findings in an easily understandable manner. Translate data into compelling narratives that drive business decisions.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner closely with Loyalty, Digital Marketing, IT, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies and effective execution of customer engagement programs.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis:
    Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover hidden opportunities, identify risks, and answer critical business questions related to customer and digital marketing performance.
Experience, Competencies & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field experience.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in an analytical role, with a strong preference for backgrounds in forecasting, demand planning, supply chain analytics, or digital marketing analytics/loyalty analytics.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing predictive models and statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with Loyalty programs, customer engagement strategies, gamification, and customer lifecycle management is highly desirable.
  • Expert-level SQL proficiency is mandatory. You must be adept at writing complex queries, joining tables, and optimizing database performance for data extraction.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
