• Provide technical assistance to Aledade App users via chat, troubleshooting issues with predefined steps
• Triage incomplete tickets and assist in managing technical problems
• Perform troubleshooting for technical issues such as App Access, Practice Location, Providers, and Telehealth
• Execute sub-tasks of projects within the Practice Success workstream under the supervision of senior team members
• Demonstrate customer service skills while interacting with users and addressing their needs

• Minimum of two years’ experience in troubleshooting application issues in healthcare settings
• Associate Degree
• Basic competency in HL7 SIU and/or ADT, HIPAA X12 837, and CCDA
• Ability to navigate AWS S3 folders effectively
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and professional communication skills

• Ability to read/write simple SQL statements or run SQL statements written by other team members
