Position: Integration Delivery Manager - Remote / Telecommute
Job Description:The Integration Delivery Manager owns end-to-end delivery of healthcare integration initiatives, ensuring secure, compliant, and high-quality integrations from requirements through go-live and post-production support.This role leads complex interface programs, collaborates with clinical and technical stakeholders, and drives best practices in healthcare interoperability and integration delivery.Requirement/Must Have:Extensive experience managing healthcare integration or interface delivery.Hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x messaging.Strong experience with batch file processing and secure file transfer integrations.Proven delivery experience in healthcare IT environments.Strong understanding of healthcare data standards, security, and compliance requirements.Experience:Healthcare IT experience with a focus on integration delivery.Experience managing multiple concurrent integration projects.Experience working with hospitals, payers, or healthcare vendors.Responsibilities:Own end-to-end delivery of healthcare integration initiatives from requirements through go-live and post-production support.Manage multiple concurrent integration projects involving HL7, batch files, and real-time interfaces.Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.Ensure integrations meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.Lead design and implementation of HL7 v2.x interfaces.Coordinate message mapping, transformation, routing, and error handling.Collaborate with EHR and ancillary system teams to support interoperability.Support interface testing, validation, and troubleshooting.Oversee batch file integrations using multiple data formats.Manage secure file transfers, scheduling, reconciliation, and exception handling.Coordinate with downstream systems and vendors on file specifications and service levels.Provide technical leadership across integration engines and middleware platforms.Collaborate with architects on interface standards and reusable components.Ensure scalability, performance, and monitoring of integrations.Act as the primary point of contact for business, clinical, IT, and vendor stakeholders.Facilitate cross-functional meetings, design reviews, and status reporting.Manage vendor deliverables and issue resolution.Lead and mentor integration teams and support resource planning.Drive continuous improvement and best practices in integration delivery.Should Have:Experience with EHR-specific interface tools or certifications.Knowledge of modern interoperability standards and APIs.Experience with cloud-based integration platforms.Relevant project or service management certifications.Skills:Healthcare interoperability and HL7 workflows.Batch file and data exchange management.Integration engines and middleware platforms.Program and project management.Stakeholder communication and vendor management.Risk, dependency, and production support governance.Qualification And
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
