• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve mature outcomes using next‑generation SIEM, log management, XDR, and SOAR features
• Provide best‑in‑class delivery and integration services to diverse organizations
• Conduct knowledge transfer of Falcon Log Scale NGSIEM to customers
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to operationalize Log Scale NGSIEM within customer environments
• Gather feedback from customers to influence product enhancements

• 5+ years of experience with log management/SIEM solutions in a professional services consulting role
• Experience working with pre‑sales teams on technical scoping and requirements gathering
• Knowledge of SIEM best practices related to log analysis, data onboarding, and alerts
• Intermediate knowledge of common Cloud providers and traditional IT services
• Strong problem‑solving, written, and oral communication skills in English

• Recent industry certifications with SANS, ISC2, Amazon, Microsoft, or Google
• Long‑term experience within a SOC performing analysis and triage of security incidents
• Applied knowledge and integration experience with a generative AI platform
