Role Overview:

We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part-time contract role focuses on teaching and refining AI models through high-quality content creation and instructional feedback. You will generate original training data, refine prompts, and provide the "ground truth" answers that help the AI learn to communicate effectively, accurately, and within specific guidelines.

• Create original, high-quality writing samples, scenarios, and conversation logs to serve as training data for AI models.
• Develop complex prompts and corresponding ideal responses to teach the AI specific reasoning skills or writing styles.
• Review AI performance on specific tasks and provide corrective feedback or rewrite outputs to guide future learning.
• Categorize and label data sets to ensure the AI understands context, intent, and nuance.
• Test the AI's ability to follow multi-step instructions and refine the training approach based on the model's outputs.

• Strong command of written English and clear, professional communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
• Ability to understand/follow written guidelines or rubrics consistently when reviewing content.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.

• Rate
  :
  Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).
• Flexibility
  : 100% remote with no fixed schedule. Contributors typically spend 5–10 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
