• Lead and inspire a distributed team of Technical Program Managers across various business segments
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Infrastructure, Operations, and Analytics to align strategies and roadmaps with company goals
• Develop operational models and OKRs, ensuring high-quality program management and technical skill development
• Drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture within the team
• Identify and resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to upper management and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of experience managing technical program management teams
• 7+ years of experience in program management for technical implementations
• Strong organizational and strategic collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Prior experience in Fin Tech, Payments, or Commerce
• Track record of successfully launching software products and managing complex technology applications
• Passion for changing consumer finance for the better
