Mandate Skill:
Workday HCM Core, Workday Reporting, Prism, BIRT, Workday Certification & Complex HCM Reports
Experience - 3+ Years
Location – PAN India (Remote Work)
Position Type - Permanent/Fulltime
Working Hours – 2 PM IST to 11 PM IST at least
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of strong hands-on experience in Workday Reporting
Workday Reporting Certification
Proven expertise in Complex HCM Report Writing, Prism, and BIRT
Experience in client-facing roles and direct individual client interactions
Workday Certifications / Pro Certifications (Partner Certifications preferred), Ideal candidate must have completed the certifications by January 2023 (or earlier)
Ability to independently handle integration development and support
Skilled in requirement gathering, troubleshooting, and delivery with stakeholders and clients
Strong communication and coordination skills for customer interaction
Good to Have (Big Advantage) of Workday Prism certification
