Position: LabVantage LIMS Specialist  (Developer / Validation)
This is a permanent work from home position from anywhere in India

Lab Vantage LIMS Specialist – Multiple Openings (Developer / Architect / Validation / Testing)

Location:

India (Remote)

Experience:

5–15+ Years
We are hiring across the following Lab Vantage streams. Candidates will be aligned to the appropriate role based on experience and expertise.
1️⃣ Lab Vantage LIMS Developer (5+ Years)
5+ years of hands-on experience in Lab Vantage LIMS implementation
Configuration, customization, and workflow development
Experience in Java-based customization (where applicable)
Interface development (SAP, instruments, middleware)
Data migration and master data configuration
Exposure to SIT/UAT and deployment support

2️⃣ Lab Vantage Tester / Validation Specialist (5+ Years)
Experience in Lab Vantage implementation testing (manual and/or automation)
Test strategy preparation and test case execution
CSV lifecycle management (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Defect tracking and validation documentation
Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance

3️⃣ Lab Vantage Solution Architect (10–15+ Years)
10+ years of experience in Lab Vantage architecture and solution design
End-to-end implementation ownership
Functional design, technical detailing, and configuration strategy
Integration architecture (ERP, MES, Instruments, Data platforms)
Validation and compliance alignment
Deployment governance and multi-site rollout experience

Common Requirements Across Roles
Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences domain
Strong understanding of regulated environments (GxP)
Experience in Lab Vantage LIMS (8.x/biobanking modules preferred where applicable)
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Experience in global implementation programs preferred
