The Role
We are looking for an onsite  Customer Support & Coordination Executive  for the Nexxio Employee Connect platform. This is a full-time, work-from-office role based in Hyderabad, where the selected candidate will work closely with the assigned customer to support day-to-day platform configuration, usage reporting, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for basic platform-related queries from the client team.
Log issues and coordinate with Nexxio’s internal support/technical team for resolution.
Assist in basic platform activities such as:
- User creation and updates
- Data entry and Excel uploads
- Basic workflow or configuration updates (as guided by the internal team)
Ensure accurate data management and timely follow-ups.
Support the client team in day-to-day usage of the Employee Connect platform.
Maintain simple records of requests, updates, and pending items.

What Are We Looking For?

Experience:

0–2 years of work experience (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Education:

Any Bachelor’s degree.

Skills Required:

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheets.
Comfortable working on web and mobile applications.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Responsible and disciplined with follow-ups.
