• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Tableau dashboards and embedded analytics experiences to support sales activities and pipeline management
• Transform business questions into analytical frameworks that guide sales teams' actions
• Apply predictive analytics and statistical modeling to forecast performance and identify deal success indicators
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance drivers and communicate insights effectively
• Integrate and transform data from various systems to create robust analytical models and ensure data quality and security

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Tableau development experience, including embedding analytics in Salesforce; 2+ years working in Salesforce environments
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in predictive analytics, forecasting, or statistical modeling
• Expertise in SQL and familiarity with modern cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse and Databricks
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for data storytelling

• Tableau certifications
• Experience translating dashboards into Tableau+
• Strong background in machine learning
• Ability to think like a consultant and guide stakeholders toward impactful decisions
• Passion for mentoring junior analytics developers
