• Provide best-in-class delivery and integration services to various organizations
• Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers in achieving mature outcomes with next-generation SIEM and log management
• Conduct knowledge transfer of Falcon Log Scale NGSIEM to customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize Log Scale NGSIEM within customer environments
• Gather customer requirements and provide feedback to internal product management teams

• 2+ years of experience with log management/SIEM solutions and SOAR in a consulting role
• Experience working with pre-sales teams on technical scoping and post-sales handoffs
• Knowledge of SIEM practices related to log analysis, data onboarding, and alerts
• Intermediate knowledge of common Cloud providers and traditional IT services
• Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills in English

• Recent industry certifications with SANS, ISC2, Amazon, Microsoft, or Google
• Long-term experience within a SOC analyzing security incidents using SIEM or SOAR platforms
• Applied knowledge and integration experience with a generative AI platform
