• Serve as a leader on federal client engagements, guiding Agile teams and managing the backlog of work
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders to scope and prioritize work for websites and applications
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, balancing user needs and business goals
• Coordinate team activities across discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment phases
• Utilize data and user research to drive continuous improvement of digital services

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of professional experience in digital product delivery, particularly in a federal or regulated environment
• 3+ years of direct product management or product strategy experience on an Agile team
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance; must reside in the United States
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working on cross-functional Agile teams

• Experience working with distributed remote-first teams
• Familiarity with federal contracts in various engagement models, including custom development and management consulting
• Agile Product management training or certifications such as SAFeÒ POPM, Pragmatic, or equivalent
• Experience leading virtual workshops employing human-centered design or design thinking techniques
• Proficiency with product management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Mural
