Lead Cybersecurity Architect; Remote

• Design and implement enterprise-wide security architecture frameworks aligned with organizational security objectives
• Develop and maintain security protocols for broadcast systems and digital platforms
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate security throughout the technology lifecycle
• Conduct security architecture reviews for new tools, applications, and infrastructure changes
• Mentor security team members and promote cyber‑awareness across the organization

• BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent years of experience preferred
• Generally, 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related field preferred; certification is required in some areas
• Strong communication, analytical, project management, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Extensive cybersecurity experience with proven expertise in enterprise security architecture
• Knowledge of industry frameworks, network security, identity management, and cloud environments

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience in cybersecurity architecture
• Demonstrated success in leading security initiatives and driving organizational change
• Experience with security standards, threat assessment, compliance frameworks, and data privacy regulations
• Industry experience and advanced certifications in cybersecurity
• Knowledge of emerging technology security and incident response
