We need a hands-on Salesforce technical architect who has worked on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with good hands on expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Responsibilities- Knows how to build / process RAG, ingest data.
- Hands on expertise on Agentforce & Einstein Bots to build chat solutions with Data Cloud.
- Set up Omni Channel routing / escalation.
