Job Description

• The Network Infrastructure Cloud Architect will lead the design and implementation of Azure-based cloud and hybrid infrastructure aligned with Mosaic cloud standards and enterprise governance.
• This role is responsible for architecting large-scale data center migrations, defining secure and resilient network topologies, and establishing governance and operational frameworks for Azure environments.

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure and network architecture.
• 5+ years of hands‑on Azure architecture experience.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale data center to Azure cloud migrations.
• Strong expertise in hybrid networking including Express Route, VPN, and BGP routing.
• Experience with Azure landing zones, subscription strategy, and identity integration (Azure AD/Entra  hybrid AD).
• Deep understanding of infrastructure security and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience working in environments managed by third‑party providers such as Kyndryl, IBM, or similar.

• Designing Azure landing zones, management groups, identity integration, and hybrid connectivity models.
• Architecting hub‑and‑spoke VNet topology, firewall strategies, traffic inspection, and secure routing.
• Implementing high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Leading phased migration strategies including rehost, replatform, and refactor approaches.
• Driving infrastructure modernization using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Client, Bicep).
• Designing monitoring and observability solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Sentinel.
• Defining governance models including cost management, tagging strategy, and Fin Ops alignment.

• Design and implement Azure architecture aligned with Mosaic cloud standards.
• Define landing zones, subscription strategies, and network segmentation models.
• Architect hybrid connectivity between on‑prem Kyndryl and Azure environments.
• Lead infrastructure Client, dependency mapping, and migration planning.
• Define cutover, rollback, and coexistence strategies.
• Design secure Azure networking including VNets, NSGs, ASGs, UDRs, firewall integration, load balancers, and DNS strategies.
• Align architecture with compliance requirements such as HIPAA and SOC2 where applicable.
• Enable automation and provisioning using Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
• Develop backup, patching, and lifecycle management strategies.
• Support containerization and AKS integration where applicable.
• Document architecture standards, runbooks, and reference models.
• Act as technical advisor to leadership and key stakeholders.

• Advanced Azure cloud architecture and hybrid networking expertise.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise firewall architectures and secure routing models.
• Infrastructure security and Zero Trust implementation expertise.
• Automation and Infrastructure as Code proficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead large‑scale transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years of Azure architecture experience with large-scale migration leadership.
