Principal Specialist - Digital Cutover Lead; Remote

• Develop and execute comprehensive cutover management plans
• Drive progress on cutover tasks and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Lead daily meetings with cross-functional team members
• Proactively manage risks and monitor resolution of cutover issues
• Communicate expectations clearly and foster team accountability

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools
• Project management expertise, including CORE or equivalent certifications
• Experience with various project methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum
• Ability to travel approximately 25%-50% to other major U.S. sites

• Experience with SAP implementation and knowledge of agile frameworks
• Proven ability to manage multiple activities and projects concurrently
• Strong leadership and change management skills
• Experience guiding and influencing executive leadership
• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certifications
