• Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from sales to implementation, ensuring effective communication of project status until completion
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align expectations and execute projects successfully
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and risk logs to mitigate risks impacting project success
• Conduct post‑project evaluations and provide ongoing support to ensure efficiency

• Experience in health information systems, technology, or equivalent fields
• Proven experience with project management tools
• Proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, and Teams, Miro, Confluence
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills across multiple functional groups
• Ability to demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills suitable for diverse audiences including senior leadership and customers

• Experience in project delivery, including accurate project planning and managing diverse project sizes
• Skills in identifying, researching, and coordinating resources to troubleshoot complex project issues
• Familiarity with agile working environments
