• Review open warranty service requests using the Warranty Dashboard
• Provide training and support to local market support staff
• Hold accountability for service requests and claims management

• Minimum of 6 years of service industry experience managing service operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective interaction with clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Competence in written and verbal communication skills and basic project accounting principles

• Experience in influencing diverse teams to accomplish tasks and goals
• Proven ability to prioritize work activities based on financial impact
