- Lead, manage, and monitor multiple complex projects from Sales to Implementation, ensuring effective communication until project completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project execution and deliverables
- Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and risk logs to mitigate risks
- Conduct post-project evaluations and provide ongoing support for effectiveness and efficiency
- Experience in health information systems, technology, or equivalent
- Proven experience with project management tools
- Proficient knowledge of project planning tools such as Microsoft Visio, Project, Planner, and Teams, Miro, Confluence
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills across multiple functional groups
- Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and presentation skills to a wide audience, including senior leadership and customers
- Experience supporting teams in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex project issues
- Familiarity with agile working environments and managing multiple projects of diverse sizes
