We’re seeking a highly motivated Content Moderator with at least 6 months of experience in digital asset management or content moderation who thrives on organization, accuracy, and collaboration.

• Software/platforms required:
  Slack and Google Workspace
• At least 6 months of experience in digital asset management or content moderation.
• Proficiency in Slack — Required for team collaboration and workflow management.
• Strong attention to detail — Accuracy is key in maintaining high-quality assets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills — Ability to handle high-volume tasks efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of metadata and tagging — Helps in structuring digital content effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively — Integrity and teamwork go hand in hand.

• Digital Asset Management:
  Oversee and manage digital assets within the MUX platform. Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company guidelines. Maintain and update metadata, tagging, and asset organization for seamless retrieval.
• Content Moderation & Compliance:
  Review and moderate digital files to ensure they meet company standards. Monitor and report any inconsistencies, errors, or violations. Implement best practices for maintaining a structured digital asset system.
• Collaboration & Workflow Optimization:
  Work closely with teams across departments to streamline asset management. Utilize Slack for team communication and coordination. Stay updated on MUX features and improvements to enhance efficiency.

• A reliable computer (at least with an i5 processor), a stable high-speed internet connection and backup for both.
• A quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro.
