Senior Data and Security Engineer

Join us as a Data and Security Engineer and play a key role in advancing the network capabilities that underpin our globally diverse business. In this role, you’ll shape and deliver secure, reliable, and scalable Office network services that support thousands of users and critical operations across multiple regions. Working with experienced engineers and a broad technology stack, you’ll apply your deep networking expertise to enhance resilience, uplift security, and drive continuous improvement in how our people connect and collaborate around the world.

As part of the Networks team, you will contribute to the design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network services across our global environment, with a particular focus on the Aruba product stack. Your day will span designing and deploying new and existing sites using automation and cloud‑based management platforms, diagnosing issues across a complex global infrastructure, and advancing our network capabilities to meet future technology needs.

• Deep technical knowledge of networking technologies, ideally with strong experience across the Aruba product stack.
• Proficiency in Aruba routing, switching, wireless, and Clear Pass NAC.
• Passion for automation and using modern tools to streamline network deployment and operations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with a curious mindset and continuous‑improvement focus.
• Ability to identify opportunities to enhance processes and an understanding of security considerations in regulated environments.
