• Define product vision and roadmap by aligning with business goals and market needs

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to optimization
• Act as a primary point of contact for senior leadership regarding product performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology Management, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3-5 years leading teams
• Extensive knowledge in supply chain management (3+ years)
• Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or Agile Certification
• Familiarity with supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS)
• Experience with emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and blockchain in supply chain management
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
