• A Practice Architect has the experience and background to identify resources, resource allocation, integration requirements, contract attributes and costing, customer interaction, and other key aspects of solution-based managed services for complex deliverable-based, fully outsourced, or extremely large-scale engagements or programs and contribute input to a larger cross-functional solution.
• The Practice Architect is responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements.
• The Practice Architect works as a team member along with the Project Manager, Technical Architect and supporting team members to deliver the complete solution for the customer.
• This specific Practice Architect role the key focus will be on Service Now and solutions/services that integrate with Service Now.
• The Practice Architect will be capable of creating solutions for core Service Now modules such as ITSM independently but will work with experienced Practice Architects as necessary to craft solutions for other modules, integrations, and/or tools.
• This role may require up to 25% travel.

• Minimum 12 years of Industry experience with a minimum of 8+ years of Service Now configuration and development experience
• Practical, hands‑on experience with various versions of the Service Now platform is a must

• Experience with multiple Service Now products including Virtual Agent, App Engine, SPM, ITOM, Sec Ops, SAMPro, HAM Pro, ITSM, GRC/IRM, HRSD, CSM
• CMDB & CSDM experience with multiple sources of data including Service Now Discovery, Integrations with other tools, and data imports. Service Mapping experience is also a plus.
• Service Now Integration using Integration Hub and custom API based integrations. Experience with multiple of the following:
  Email, JDBC, JSON, LDAP, SOAP, REST, SCCM, SCOM, SMS, SSO - SAML 1.1, SSO - SAML 2.0, OpenID, Digest Authentication, ODBC, Data Export, CTI
• Practical knowledge of web-based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS and Service Now API's, Web Services
• Service Now Certified System Administrator required
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist required (at least
  2)
• Certified Master Architect or Certified Technical Architect preferred
• ITIL foundations certification preferred

• BA or BS degree in a related field, MS preferred.
• Proposal and/or Statement of Work development experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience building, integrating, and delivering enterprise-wide solutions.
• Proven ITSM product/solution development management experience
