ECH Applications Specialist - Eastern Region - US Remote

• Perform system provisioning for Emergency Call Handling (ECH) applications and instruct customers on configuration and maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with sales, deployment, product, and support teams to ensure applications meet customer objectives
• Communicate with customers to evaluate business processes and define system design requirements
• Document all changes to the solution during the implementation phase of the project
• Provide support to customers and channel partners while deploying the ECH solution into production environments

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Computer Science, Emergency Management, IT, or Technology
• 3+ years of experience in Software Provisioning or Deployment, Public Safety, Technical Training, or Instructional Design
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Strong technical and instructional skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Ability to prioritize work to ensure accurate and timely execution of deliverables

• Knowledge of 911/public safety, including telecommunications and networking
• Experience with installation, administration, and troubleshooting of public safety applications
• Relevant public safety credentials (such as NENA ENP, APCO RPL)
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Strong customer service focus and ability to build relationships internally and externally
