Associate Data Scientist

• Extract and prepare data to build metrics or create/update Tableau dashboards for tracking company and customer KPIs
• Share insights with internal and external customers regarding success drivers and areas of opportunity
• Analyze data to prioritize focus areas and consult with customers to develop new dashboards and metrics
• Respond to ad hoc analytic requests from various stakeholders
• Ensure the quality of deliverables through peer reviews

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in data science, analytics, mathematics, statistics, public health, economics, social science, or actuarial science;
  Master’s degree preferred
• 2-4 years of experience related to analytics work or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  
  Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools such as Python, data visualization tools like Tableau, and querying languages (SQL)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail

• Experience with cleaning, aggregating, and pre-processing data from varied sources
• Familiarity with AI fluency and/or use of M365 Copilot
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under minimal supervision
