What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage customer service contracts and ensure adherence to service agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Resolve complex technical issues and manage customer escalations effectively
  • Coordinate implementation of technical changes and new software releases
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted technical advisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Command Center Software, Mobile Video Deployment, or related fields
  • Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in Engineering, Sales/Presales, or Managed & Support Services
  • Familiarity with software deployment methodologies and quality assurance processes
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate technical solutions clearly
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and managing escalations
