What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with assigned customers to drive adoption and satisfaction
  • Assist customers with deployment guidance and operational best practices
  • Lead workshops to help customers maximize the value of the Git Lab solution
  • Measure and monitor customer progress against key performance indicators, sharing insights with stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline issue resolution and align on customer success plans
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption and value realization
  • Background in customer success, professional services, technical account management, or related functions
  • Ability to understand and discuss Git, branching strategies, and version control workflows
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and typical development pipelines
  • Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and Dev Sec Ops  concepts

  • Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships and facilitate workshops
  • Openness to learning with transferable skills from adjacent roles or industries
  • Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment
