What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage customer service contracts and relationships for Command Center Software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer engagement and service delivery
  • Oversee execution of service agreements and manage escalation processes
  • Maintain awareness of complex service matters and report on technical performance
  • Build value-added relationships and serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Command Center Software, Mobile Video Deployment, Engineering, or related fields
  • Ability to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
  • Proficiency in Agile project management and familiarity with software deployment methodologies

  • Experience in Managed & Support Services
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to explain solutions to clients
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations in service delivery
  • Ability to coordinate and support account teams effectively
  • Knowledge of quality processes related to software deployment
