Spatial Data Analyst - Remote

• Provide prompt and positive client and operator experience
• Gather, manage, and load relevant data from client sources to support platform implementation
• Communicate proactively with users and internal teams
• Identify optimization opportunities related to technology deployment
• Train onsite operations teams and technicians, both in-person and virtually

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of technology support experience
• Experience with systems such as GIS, REVIT, CAD, or other CMMS systems
• High sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to quality
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills

• Experience in the Facilities Management industry
• Energetic self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines
• Effective organization, collaboration, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Experience with data creation, management, and processing in CAD, GIS, or Revit
