Remote Technical Engagement Specialist

• Handle direct inbound calls from residential, business, and hospitality customers
• Provide first-level trouble support for all services and escalate issues as needed
• Review scheduled trouble tickets for possible remote resolution and perform follow-up testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical support issues via phone, chat, and email
• Serve as the primary support liaison between the employer and residential customers

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, telecommunications, and technical support
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work nontraditional schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must have a quiet workplace and meet technical requirements for remote positions

• Ability to speak additional languages
• Experience with telecommunications product lines and applications
• Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues
