Project Manager - US Remote; US Region

• Lead and manage the deployment of complex public safety solutions, including Computer-Aided Dispatch, Mobile Computing, Records Management, and Jail Management
• Direct the work activities of the project team across various organizational boundaries
• Establish and maintain project budgets, schedules, and communication plans
• Drive strategic relationships and resolve issues between internal and external teams
• Create, distribute, and present project status reports and results

• High School Diploma, Technical Certification, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Program Management, Business Operations, Communications, Finance, IT, Solutions, or Technology
• Experience in project management or related fields
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide project teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in managing public safety applications or similar projects
• Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation plans
• Experience in customer negotiations and pre-contract evaluations
• Knowledge of process improvement and best practices in project management
• Understanding of the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy
