Permanent role either 80 or 100%

Tasks
:

Security Lead (50%)

• Lead and manage the Security Team (approx. 6 people) together with the technical lead
• Oversee team organisation and shift planning
• Act as a key contact for complex incident response cases
• Support pre?sales activities and participate in sales processes
• Further develop Security Operations Center (SOC) services in collaboration with the technical lead and security engineers
• Define and drive the strategic development of security services together with the CTO and technical lead
• Contribute operationally within the Security Operations Team

Technical Project Lead (Private Cloud) (50%)

• Take responsibility for technical operations and projects for an assigned portfolio of private cloud customers
• Maintain and further develop customer environments within IaaS and PaaS
• Advise customers on IT matters and projects (IT lifecycle management)
• Work conceptually with responsibility for project success and budget adherence

Skills:

• Proven leadership experience
• Technical background and professional experience in IT security
• Strong technical expertise in PaaS (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Native) and IaaS (Windows Server, Linux Server)
• Motivation for continuous personal and professional development
• High level of self?organisation
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills, with a respectful approach to colleagues and customers
• Excellent German and good English skills;
  French is an advantage
• A recent criminal record extract is required for this role
