We are looking for analytical, detail-oriented small business owners, freelancers, and independent contractors to develop complex prompts to test AI models, write high-quality responses to demonstrate excellence, and evaluate model outputs based on accuracy and style guidelines. No previous AI experience is required.
As part of the application process, you will complete an assessment. If you pass, you gain access to projects. Based on the quality of your work, you will continue to receive projects regularly. Successful candidates typically work between 5‑40 hours per week.

- Compensation begins at $20+ per hour, with bonuses up to $28+ per hour for high‑quality work (or $30+ per hour for certain projects)

- Come up with diverse conversations across a range of topics
- Write high‑quality answers when given specific prompts
- Give AI chatbots writing and editing tasks and evaluate their outputs
- Compare the performance of different AI models and evaluate their quality for correctness and performance
- Research and fact‑check AI responses
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Strong fact‑checking skills and ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) preferred but not required
- Experience managing small business communications and/or being self‑employed
Payment is made via Pay Pal. We will never ask for any money from you. Pay Pal will handle any currency conversions from USD. This is an independent contract position.
