• Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the CRM ecosystem and advocate for this perspective
• Optimize user workflows and capabilities through monitoring key metrics and incorporating user feedback
• Develop a deep understanding of requirements and support teams throughout execution
• Write detailed user stories for new features, defining business rationale, requirements, and success criteria
• Develop short- and long-term roadmaps to deliver maximum value with minimum risk

• 6+ years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services industry, or SaaS product
• Proven track record working as a product manager in Salesforce, including experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving
• Skilled at translating ambiguous business requirements into high-quality technical specifications and user stories
• Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering a user-centric experience

• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations
• Proven experience driving end-to-end CLM lifecycle solutions through systems and process optimization
• Expertise in leading the discovery, implementation, and ongoing management of CPQ solutions
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams and software development methodologies
• Proficient in leveraging Salesforce Analytics and reporting tools to make data-informed decisions
