About the Role

The Trip Development Content Specialist plays a key role within the Trip Development department (TD), ensuring guest-facing, sales-facing, and internal trip content is accurate, clear, and consistently high quality. This role supports TD Program Managers and Directors while working closely with field teams to oversee and refine trip content across all channels. The specialist also collaborates with cross-functional partners such as Supplier Operations, Hotels, and Sales & Marketing on content-related projects, contributing to a wide range of initiatives based on business needs.

The ideal candidate brings strong time management, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the ability to balance precise information with compelling storytelling, helping maintain both content integrity and strong working relationships across a global team.

What you’ll be doing
  • Identify and recommend workflow, process, and system improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy across Trip Development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with program leads, field teams, and key stakeholders to support trip content oversight and continuous improvement
  • Oversee review, auditing, and maintenance of internal and guest-facing trip content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards
  • Conduct regular data validation audits, track updates, and document trip content and data standards
  • Identify recurring data issues, escalate risks, and propose long-term solutions through training, system enhancements, or process changes
  • Manage and enhance the On Trip App experience, including content audits, updates, seasonal uploads, and quality assurance
  • Facilitate App-related communication and coordination, including meetings, follow-ups, resource updates, and responding to inquiries
  • Partner with Product and Trip Development teams to analyze feedback and contribute to future App enhancements and development initiatives
  • Support Field Expert and Trip Expert programs through audits, trainings, seasonal projects, and special initiatives
  • Serve as a go-to resource within Trip Development for best practices, trip data processes, and content quality standards
What you’ll need to be successful
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communicator with strong attention to detail, tone, and formatting
  • Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver with strong critical-thinking skills and a solution-focused mindset
  • Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and adapts quickly to changing timelines
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, credibility, and productive working relationships
  • Experience facilitating discussions, leading meetings, and occasionally mentoring or guiding others
  • Data-driven and systems-savvy, with experience using databases, content management, and workflow tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
