We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with deep Salesforce expertise to join a dynamic, enterprise environment in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a strategic, solutions-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution.

You will play a critical leadership role in aligning Salesforce and connected enterprise systems with organizational objectives. This position focuses on solution architecture, system optimization, business process automation, and scalable platform design. The ideal candidate is both a technical expert and a trusted business partner—capable of translating complex business needs into high-impact Salesforce solutions that drive measurable value.

• Serve as the Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME), translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Lead Salesforce solution architecture, system design, configuration, and platform optimization
• Design and implement automation, workflows, integrations, and data governance strategies
• Drive Salesforce enhancements, upgrades, and enterprise-wide system improvements
• Partner with stakeholders, system owners, and business leaders to define operational requirements and system goals
• Lead solution design sessions, technical discovery workshops, and prototype development
• Present technical solutions and system designs to governance and architecture review boards
• Oversee documentation of Salesforce architecture and system assets, including:
  • Data flow diagrams
  • Process workflows
  • Integration maps
  • System design documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance, scalability, and performance

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, enterprise systems, or Salesforce development
• Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and integrations
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Workflows, Process Builder, Apex, APIs)
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical system designs
• Experience with enterprise system integrations and data architecture
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Salesforce certifications (preferred but not required)
